Who can participate in this promotion?

The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of VESTEL and their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

When can I enter the promotion?

You must have purchased a qualifying SHARP product between 00:00:01 on 17.11.2025 to 23:59:59 on 14.12.2025.

After your purchase, you can enter the promotion anytime between 00:00:01 on 17.11.2025 to 23:59:59 on 13.01.2026, but entry must be within 30 days of purchase.

Do I need to make a purchase to enter the promotion?

Yes, you must purchase a qualifying SHARP product to participate.

What products qualify for the promotion?

Qualifying SHARP products and models apply across the SHARP laundry category. The full list of qualifying SHARP products and models can be found in the Terms & Conditions www.winwithsharp.co.uk/terms

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter, purchase a qualifying SHARP product through Currys.co.uk or AO.com. Then visit the promotional website – www.winwithsharp.co.uk - and complete the registration form whilst also submitting your valid receipt or invoice on the promotional website.

Can I enter more than once?

No, only one entry per person is allowed. Each receipt or invoice can only be used once.

How long do I have to enter after making a purchase?

You must submit your entry within 30 days of purchasing a qualifying product.

Will my receipt be verified?

Yes, your receipt or invoice will be validated within 7 days of entry. If successful, you'll receive a unique link to play the Spin to Win game and discover your prize.

Can I participate if I purchased the product online?

Yes, purchases made from the participating online retailers (Currys.co.uk and AO.com), are eligible, provided the purchase was made within the promotional period and entries made through the promotional website www.winwithsharp.co.uk

Can I participate if I purchased the product in-store?

No, this promotion is only valid for online purchases of qualifying SHARP laundry products and purchased through the participating retailers.

Which retailers are participating in the promotion?

The two participating retailers are Currys.co.uk and AO.com. Entries are to be made through the promotional website www.winwithsharp.co.uk

What are the prizes available in this promotion?

Everyone will win a prize. Once your entry has been successfully validated, you will play the ‘Spin to Win’ game to reveal your prize. Prizes include:

  • 50 x SHARP 25 litre Microwave Oven with Grill. Model number YC-MG252AU-S
  • £20 Voucher. The voucher will be redeemable at the retailer from which you originally purchased your product.
What is the validity period for the £20 e-gift vouchers?

The e-gift voucher will be valid for 6 months after the promotional period ends. Once you have activated the voucher link, you must redeem it within 1 hour. We advise that you do not activate the voucher link until you are about to make a purchase.

How are the winners selected?

The prizes are awarded through an independent algorithm that identifies "winning moments." The first valid entry after each moment wins.

What happens if my entry is disqualified?

If your entry is disqualified, you will receive a text message explaining the reason. If it's due to an issue with your receipt, you may be asked to upload it again.

What happens if there is an issue with my receipt?

If your receipt:

  • Does not show the qualifying product,
  • Has already been used,
  • Is from a non-participating retailer,
  • Or is blurry, making key information unreadable,

You will be asked to reupload your receipt or invoice by 13.01.26. If not, your entry will be invalidated.

Why would my entry be rejected?

Your entry may be rejected if you upload an image that is not a receipt or invoice confirmation, or if your receipt or invoice shows a purchase made outside the promotional dates.

How do I claim my prize?

If you're a winner, you'll receive a text message with a link to claim your prize, which will expire in 14 days. For physical prizes (Tier 1), you'll need to provide your postal address.

Can I exchange my prize for cash or another prize?

No, prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

What happens if I don’t accept my prize within the required time?

If you don’t claim your prize within 14 days, it will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

How long will it take to receive my prize?

Physical prizes will be dispatched within 30 days of the purchase date, and you should allow 28 days for delivery. Gift vouchers will be sent after successful claim validation and within 30 days of the purchase date.

Can I return my SHARP product and still claim my prize?

No, if you return the product within the validation period, your entry will be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited.

What if I don’t receive my prize?

If you don’t receive your prize, it could be due to incorrect contact details. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information provided.

What happens if I’m unable to be contacted after I win?

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the prize winners. If you are unreachable, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit your prize.

Will my personal information be shared?

By entering, you agree that your personal details will be processed in accordance with the SHARP Privacy Policy https://www.sharp.co.uk/privacy-policy and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your information may be shared with agents for the purposes of prize fulfilment.

Can I request my personal data to be deleted?

Yes, but the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such a request means it is unable to complete the prize delivery or assist after the deletion of the phone number.
